Ultra-Low Temperature Tuna Longliner

Specialized pelagic fishing vessel equipped with ultra-low temperature refrigeration system for premium tuna preservation on extended voyages.

Ultra low temperature freezing system (core configuration)
This is the most essential technical configuration of this type of ship, which directly determines the quality and value of the catch.
Refrigeration temperature: The temperature in the fish compartment can reach -55 ℃, and the temperature in the rapid freezing room can reach -60 ℃. Rapid freezing can quickly lower the center temperature of tuna to below -55 ℃, ensuring that it meets the edible standards for high-end markets such as Japan and the European Union.
Refrigeration equipment: High performance refrigeration compressor units imported from Japan are commonly used. For example, some 42 meter class ship types are equipped with two -60 ℃ cryogenic tunnels; Some ship types are equipped with four ultra-low temperature flat freezing rooms.
🎣 Fishing and Deck Equipment
Automation system: equipped with a complete set of automated longline fishing equipment, including rope conveyors, automatic baiting machines, automatic rope feeders, mainline hoists, branch line hoists, etc. The advanced system can be equipped with about 70000 fishing hooks.
Fishing capacity: Taking the 44.8-meter ship as an example, the maximum catch can reach 150 tons.
🌊 Range and Self Sustainment
Range: Typically between 4500-7000 nautical miles, with some new ship models having a maximum range of up to 16000 nautical miles.
Self sustainability: The self sustainability of offshore production operations is usually 100-120 days, and some ship types can take up to 3 months.
📡 Navigation and communication equipment
Navigation and Communication: Equipped with advanced electronic devices such as satellite positioning markers, radar responders, radar, satellite navigation, remote high-frequency telephones, walkie talkies, and fish detectors.
